as
you can see with Grieshaber and Reisch the enduser are not interested to =
deal
with the customs. They want one price including taxes and everything. =
After
some hours of research here my suggestion for the =
procedure:
Please
contact Fedex, DHL Express and UPS, tell them, you want an offer for =
fright
costs sea/ air/ land to the final destinations of the endusers in =
Germany. Name
more parcels/ palettes/ containers as you really need to make sure to =
get the
best price as possible for transport.
If
you have no company in Germany with a VAT/ UST-Ident-Nr. you need an =
importer
(me) for the procedure:
1.
A request from customers for an =
order should be send directly
to your company with Fa. Hentschel in cc. and so also about the =
technical
details. Unless you want me involved in this process.
2.
After this I need the price for the =
products (include
the fright costs to the final destination of consignee, handling charges =
etc.) from
you.
3.
Then I will make the customer an =
offer in your name in
which I add TAX, VAT/ MwSt and my 5 % and also tell them the payment =
agreements
and the expected delivering time (customer only sees the price incl. =
VAT/ MwSt
19%).
4.
Orders directly from the customer to =
you with me in
cc.
5.
Billing: I will pay you the price =
you named me in No.
2 without the in No. 3 listed points (doesn=E2=80=99t matter prepaid or =
not, bank
account and other details we have to discuss)
If
you agree with this procedure let me know.
Try
to assume al tools under the HS Code/ Warentarifnummer 82075050 for rock
drilling equipment use 820719.

The
fright papers must show clearly who is the importer (get TAX/ VAT bills =
from the
customs and the bill from you) and who is the end-user/ consignee (get =
the
ordered items with the pack list).

I see
there will be more work and costs for you and me than usually =
expected: The
transfer cost for the money, open a new bank account, open an account by =

customs to provide submittals from the transporter, self education in =
whole import process etc.
I
added you the bills from FEDEX and customs so you get an =
idea. They
use the wrong HS-Code and put it all under diamond rock drills. =
Different HS-Codes
could mean different taxes but not in this case.
